My first week trying the Rock Hard workout dictated by Muscle and Fitness 2011. This program is a three month program and I feel certain muscles aching. I also am trying to fit in yoga and a 13 week program to run a half marathon. I found a cheap triathlon but still looking for an inexpensive road bike. Aug. 11 I will attempt to run a 5K, something I haven't done in almost 10 years. The years go by to quickly.
